DESCRIPTION:
Currently searching for a Program Director/VP to work closely with the General Manager and the project team to help grow our educational platform known as the Practicing Clinicians Exchange (PCE). PCE is the national leader in nurse practitioner (NP) and physician assistant (PA) continuing education.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage internal team with job functions including, but not limited to, project management, art/design, database management, digital marketing and meeting planning.
Oversee and manage the development and submission of educational grant proposals, tracking of grant proposal status and management of all required documentation.
Provide strategic direction and oversight in the development, delegation and execution of all accredited Company initiatives. Make recommendations for quality enhancements and operational improvements.
Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to grow the PCE brand.
Ensure all project requirements and deliverables are met including accreditation standards, educational outcomes and Sunshine Act reporting.
Financial responsibility of all project budget development, execution and reconciliations.
Manage and develop relationships with all appropriate vendors.
Work in conjunction with new business team on strategic development initiatives as needed.
Travel to meetings to provide onsite supervision as needed.
EXPERIENCE:
Candidate must have 3 - 5 + years of project management experience.
Excellent project management, organization, prioritization and communication skills.
Supervisory experience required.
Travel required.
EDUCATION: BS/BA degree preferred
