Contingent
search provides the client flexibility in searches that don't need to
be filled immediately. Contingent search is a
conditional agreement between Discovery Solutions and the employer.
In a contingent search, the employer provides no up-front retainer. A
fee is paid to Discovery Solutions only when the client hires a
candidate presented by Discovery Solutions. As Discovery Solutions'
business is employer driven, we strive to find and present candidates
to you as timely as possible and with your hiring best interests in
mind.
Retained
Recruiting Services
Discovery Solutions' retained search is an agreement in which the client
will contract exclusively with Discovery Solutions to conduct single or
multiple position searches. The retainer paid upfront is a fraction
amount of the total fee agreed upon prior to the onset of the search.
Discovery Solutions then provides the client full access to its
recruiting services, including personalized recruiting via our network
of professional organizations and affiliations, job board posting or
advertising as necessary, one on one interviews, professional reference
and background checks, search and candidate status reports, as well as
bios, salary history and any professional recommendations necessary.
Discovery Solutions commits a specific number of collective recruiter
hours per week to the search. Retained search is a contractual agreement
between Discovery Solutions and its client in which the time committed
to position fulfillment is specifically laid out, national or local
market coverage is guaranteed, the time frame is agreed upon and a
minimum number of candidates interviewed is ensured.
Contract
Services
Our Contract Staffing option offers a cost-effective, flexible
alternative to your regular staff by providing you with short or
long-term temporary assistance during critical times, or
highly-specialized skills for your projects. Contract staff members
are Discovery Solutions LLC employees. We assume the responsibility for
all payroll taxes, insurance, and workers compensation.
